Job summary

HARIBO of America, Inc. in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, seeks a Head of Manufacturing Operations to lead the gummy candy production plant.

You will oversee factory floor operations, manage salaried leaders and hourly associates, and champion a people-centric culture in a 24/6 operation with 500k+ sq ft and 350+ employees. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of manufacturing experience with 5+ years in a managerial role, with background in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing, GMPs and FDA

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Operations, Food Science or other related field.
10+ years of experience in manufacturing.
5+ years of managerial experience leading large teams in manufacturing.
Experience in food manufacturing and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing is required.

Responsibilities

Lead factory floor operations HARIBO of America’s gummy candy manufacturing plant in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
Manage and lead salaried factory leaders and hourly factory associates.
Accountable for delivering established goals and KPIs.
Execute strategic plans and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Safety, Engineering & Maintenance, Supply Chain and HR.
