Job summary

HARIBO of America, Inc. in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, is seeking a Human Resources Manager - Manufacturing to lead HR for our gummi candy facility. This on-site role anchors the Plant Leadership Team, providing strategic direction while supporting associates and leaders daily.

You will partner with Operations and the HR team to strengthen capability, drive engagement, and ensure compliant, values-driven people practices that enable sustainable growth.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or high-volume environments.
Experience with state and federal employment laws (ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA) and data analytics.

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted advisor to Plant Leadership Team providing strategic HR guidance.
Lead organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning and talent strategies for site growth.
Coach leaders to build high-performing, accountable teams.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract, hire and onboard hourly and salaried talent; drive engagement and attendance.
Monitor HR metrics (turnover, engagement, staffing, absenteeism) to inform decisions.
Lead the on-site HR team to deliver service and business partnership.
