Lincoln Electric is seeking an entry-level Production Lead to join the Carthage, TN plant. This on-site role requires coordinating daily production, leading a team, and maintaining safety standards while supporting Lean initiatives.

The position includes exposure to SAP, Microsoft Office tools, and opportunities for growth. The role uses 1st or 2nd shifts with overtime possible, and relocation is not available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–2 years related experience.
• Able to understand manufacturing processes.
• Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Preferred- SAP experience.
• Preferred- Lean tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Safety is prioritized and supported within their team.
• Runs equipment to meet the daily production plan.
• Tracks daily time of production personnel.
• Audits and maintains work instructions.
• Coaches and develops team members.
• Participates in interviews and input for hiring.
