Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly in English written and verbally.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use standard programs.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify root causes and suggest corrective actions.
• Spanish language skills are preferred for communication with some team members and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coach, and mentor manufacturing team members to meet production, safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Manage team productivity, safety, and efficiency; communicate status of objectives to leadership.
• Perform duties in assigned area as needed (assembly, machine operation, material handling).
• Resolve issues via root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Inspect products for quality and conformance to specifications; ensure proper documentation and paperwork.
