Job summary

Sigma is seeking a Production Lead to supervise daily operations, train and coach staff, and ensure productivity and safety. The role emphasizes developing employees while maintaining workflow efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include staffing coordination, issue resolution, HACCP/QA readiness, and serving as a liaison for internal customers and vendors. The shift runs Monday to Friday, 1am–9:30am, with a starting salary range around $23.36 per hour.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas to meet QA and USDA inspection standards
• Serve as a point of contact for employees, vendors, and internal customers by answering questions related to department processes, procedures, and services

Salary Range $23.36

Regularly required to stand; use hands and fingers in a repetitive motion. Frequently required to stand, walk and reach above

the head. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl and talk or hear. The employee is

required to lift a minimum of ten (10) lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth

perception and ability to focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts,

toxic or caustic chemicals nd fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment ranges from normal office

levels to loud factory / warehouse levels.
