Job summary

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager or Director, you will collaborate across engineering, quality, supply chain and maintenance to resolve challenges and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Education: Post-secondary diploma or degree in manufacturing, operations, or related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years of manufacturing with leadership or supervisory responsibility.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of production workflows, KPIs, labor planning, and RCA.

Responsibilities

• Support production team execution to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Perform hands-on production activities as needed to maintain workflow.
• Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and performance feedback to production employees.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and maintenance to resolve operational challenges.
• Manage staffing, output, and on-time delivery within the assigned production area.
