Job summary

International Vitamin Corporation is seeking a supervisor to maintain GMP quality standards, plant safety, and productivity across the department. The role requires deep equipment knowledge for setup, adjustments, and maintenance per manuals and specs, with direct reports on the shift.

You will monitor operators, direct daily schedules, keep the production plan on track, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring a safe work environment and complete documentation.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1–3 years of experience in related field.
• Experience in GMP environment preferred (Pharmaceutical Industry).
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitors operators and equipment to ensure SOPs are followed and documented; coaches operators.
• Directs machine operators and service personnel on daily schedules and procedures.
• Maintains production schedule by adjusting equipment to maximize performance and reporting issues to management.
• Oversees changeovers, material changes, and product quality conformance via inspection and records.
• Promotes continuous improvement through quality and efficiency initiatives and safety best practices.
