Job summary

Qualifications

• 7 years’ experience in a cGMP environment.
• BA or BS Degree in Chemistry or related science.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong data analysis and documentation skills.
• Ability to work safely with chemicals and uphold lab safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily analytical testing of raw materials, finished products, and stabilities.
• Act as point person for production analyses and review/release results.
• Supervise chemistry lab personnel and assist in problem solving.
• Manage testing schedules and KPI tracking with lab staff.
• Maintain and enforce SOPs and maintenance records for equipment.
• Oversee safety rules, staff training, and cGMP compliance.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
