Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead in Pleasanton, CA to help meet daily production schedules and quality goals. You will guide operators, coordinate sub-assembly and work orders, and support performance appraisals while ensuring GMP compliance.

You will train operators, improve morale, and drive continuous improvement with the plant team. Strong communication and documented manufacturing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business experience in a professional environment.
• Fluent with multiple applications, preferably Microsoft Suite.
• Ability to document technical information related to manufacturing incidents and nonconformances.
• Proven record in delivering results and working cooperatively with others.
• Experience in a 21 CFR 820/ISO 13485 manufacturing environment.
• Background in electronics manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production activity to align with build schedules.
• Communicate work instructions to personnel in designated areas.
• Expedite priority products and tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with production manager to meet quality and production goals.
• Coach and train manufacturing personnel; improve team morale.
• Ensure GMP compliance and safe-working practices.
