Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience, including high-volume manufacturing/relevant environments.
- Experience leading large-scale hourly recruiting initiatives and achieving staffing objectives.
- Experience using recruiting metrics, analytics, and reporting to improve processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly manufacturing roles to meet staffing plans.
- Partner with operations and HR leaders to develop recruiting strategies for hourly and skilled positions.
- Manage job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offers, and onboarding.
