Job summary

Orca Bio is seeking a Manager, Manufacturing Systems & Master Data to own MES and related systems, govern master data, and drive process improvements for GMP manufacturing and supply chain operations.

You will oversee material masters, BOMs, vendor records, and data integrity, collaborating with IT, Finance and vendors to evolve business systems in a fast‑growing cell therapy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, supply chain, information systems, business or related discipline.
• 5+ years in manufacturing systems, ERP/MES admin, or master data management.
• Experience in GMP-regulated biotech/pharma environments.
• Experience as ERP/MES system owner or super user.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own ERP, MES, and related systems to ensure GMP compliance and operational alignment.
• Create and maintain manufacturing system standards, procedures and work instructions.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Lead UAT, validation, and deployment of system upgrades.
• Maintain material master records, BOMs, specifications, and vendor data.
