Job summary

Fluidstack in San Francisco is seeking an ERP/PLM integration leader to extend NetSuite across supply chain and manufacturing, and stand up Siemens Teamcenter for PLM, BOM handoff, and engineering change flow.

You will migrate data, align ERP/PLM with MES and other tools, and run go-live programs on timelines set by the build. Strong communication with finance and operations is essential; experience deploying ERP at physical-product companies is highly valued.

Qualifications

  • Youve led an end-to-end ERP or MRP deployment at a company that builds physical products.
  • Youve owned NetSuite as a system of record, implementing or expanding it yourself.
  • youve deployed Siemens Teamcenter or connected a PLM to an ERP, including the BOM handoff and engineering change flow.

Responsibilities

  • Extend NetSuite from finance into the system of record for supply chain and manufacturing: purchasing, inventory, MRP planning, and supplier data.
  • Stand up Siemens Teamcenter as our PLM, and build the eBOM to mBOM handoff, engineering change flow, and part master that connect it to the ERP.
  • Integrate ERP and PLM with the tools around them: Zip for procurement, MES on the manufacturing floor, and the models that forecast lead times and demand.
  • Run data migration and go-live for each system on a timeline set by the build, not by the implementation partner.
  • Own every system after launch: keep the data clean, fix what breaks, and ship the next release before the team outgrows the last one.

Job description

About Fluidstack

We exist to make humanity more free. For most of human history, you farmed or you starved. Technology gave people more time for the things they wanted to do, instead of things they had to do. Powerful AI will be the biggest lever for human choice we've ever built - but only if models are aligned with what humanity actually wants. There are groups building AI who don't share these goals. Whoever deploys frontier compute infrastructure fastest will decide whether AI expands human freedom or shrinks it.

We're singularly focused on delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else, rethinking every layer of the stack. We acquire power, design and build data centers, and operate them - with teams spanning hardware and software. Speed and scale are our key differentiators. Come be a part of building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI.

How We Operate
  • Be a barrel. Full autonomy. Own things end to end, take on scope without being asked, no permission required to operate outside your core role.
  • Insane urgency. We drive everything forward as fast as possible.
  • Reason from first principles. Challenge every assumption. Zero analogy thinking, no egos, the best idea wins.
  • Love of the game. The frontier of AI is the most interesting problem of our time. We put in long hours at high intensity to push the frontier forward.
  • Build something that actually matters. If you're going to spend your time, spend it on something that matters to the world.
The Manufacturing Team
Examples of key problems the team is working on
  • Scale a manufacturing engine that outgrows the industry's pace. Grow capacity and capability across the full production process, so the team can take on more products and higher volume faster than anyone else builds.
  • Build the ecosystem behind gigawatt-scale infrastructure. Build and operate the full manufacturing ecosystem, not just a line, so output compounds as fast as the company scales.
  • Be the engine that grows faster than the company itself. Solve problems faster, think bigger, and develop yourself and your team as dynamically as Fluidstack scales around you.
Role Scope
What We're Looking For

The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.

  • You've led an end-to-end ERP or MRP deployment at a company that builds physical products, from selection through data migration to go-live.
  • You've owned NetSuite as a system of record, implementing or expanding it yourself, not only working in it.
  • You've deployed Siemens Teamcenter or connected a PLM to an ERP, including the BOM handoff and engineering change flow.
  • You've built systems that buyers and planners used every day, and you sat with them until the workflow matched how they actually work.
  • You've owned a system long after go-live and can name the data problems you found and fixed.
  • You can explain a systems tradeoff to a supply chain lead or the CFO in plain terms and walk out with a decision.
  • Bonus: SAP S/4HANA or Oracle ERP. MES such as Siemens Opcenter or Tulip. Arena or Windchill PLM. Building a small systems team. Data center, energy, or modular construction.

We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
