Job summary

Fusion Energy Base is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Analyst to own the end-to-end software systems within the manufacturing portfolio. You will coordinate vendor relationships, manage licenses, administer users, and configure systems to support critical production processes.

In collaboration with integration teams and the PLM Administrator, you will drive data quality and governance for components and BOMs, oversee the Manufacturing Workflow, and ensure alignment with operations while pursuing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field; equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience administering enterprise software systems (MES or related manufacturing systems preferred).
  • Knowledge of PLM concepts (components, BOMs) to collaborate with PLM Administrator.
  • Familiarity with vendor and license management practices.
  • Experience with system configuration and user access administration.
  • Understanding of BOM/component data structures and data governance principles.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or OEM environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own system and vendor ownership: act as the main contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Manage vendor relationships including contract renewals, escalations, and performance reviews.
  • Own software licensing: procurement, allocation, renewals, and cost optimization.
  • Administer user access and permissions, including provisioning and deactivation.
  • Perform system configuration changes to support business requirements within scope.
  • Partner with integration stakeholders to define and validate integration requirements between owned systems and downstream/upstream platforms.
  • Collaborate with PLM Administrator to enforce data quality standards and governance for components/BOMs.
  • Act as liaison between business stakeholders and Enterprise Systems team on cross-system dependencies.
  • Support governance processes ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness of component and BOM data across systems.
  • Troubleshoot workflow issues and coordinate resolution with technical/vendor support.
  • Own the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Manufacturing Workflow and its underlying business process.
  • Ensure the workflow aligns with manufacturing operations and evolves with business needs.
