Job summary

General Matter is seeking an Integration Engineer, Manufacturing Systems, to own and extend a portfolio of integrations across MES, WMS, QMS, PLM/PDM and ERP. You will implement architecture, ensure secure data movement, and work on data migrations as the enterprise systems program matures.

You’ll code in C#/.NET, build API integrations, and support production data flows with monitoring, logging, and automation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in systems integration, software development, or enterprise/manufacturing systems engineering.
• Hands-on experience building production integrations across enterprise systems using REST APIs, SDKs, and custom services.
• Proficient in C#/.NET or able to work with Python/Java/C++ with C#/.NET in mind.

Responsibilities

• Build, own, and operate integrations across MES, WMS, QMS, PLM/PDM, and ERP as the systems landscape grows.
• Own and extend PLM/PDM to MES pipeline, including released parts master data, BOMs, and engineering files.
• Develop and maintain API integrations and add-ins in C#/.NET against enterprise REST APIs.
• Implement production-grade monitoring, logging, retries, reconciliation, and maintain data mappings and docs.
• Enforce data boundary controls; collaborate with Security and IT on auth, encryption, secrets management, and CI/CD/versioning.
• Own data migration from legacy finance and other systems; troubleshoot integration failures to root cause.
