Plexus Corp. is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer to bridge manufacturing operations with IT systems, driving production efficiency and data flow improvements. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience and strong analytical skills.

You will collaborate across teams to design, implement, and optimize manufacturing software and hardware interfaces, contributing to Plexus’s journey toward operational excellence and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills; SPC software experience.
• Intermediate computer skills and written/verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops manufacturing solutions and provides high-quality, cost-effective services
• Uses tools to perform analysis, documentation, and verification
• Demonstrates manufacturing process knowledge across multiple phases and products
• Works independently within at least one phase/process for the Manufacturing Process/ Product
• Produces comprehensive project documentation per quality and change management procedures
