Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a technical field with manufacturing experience.
• Experience in project management and technology transfer in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of MS Office software including Excel, Project and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing readiness planning and execution for new technology and process changes.
• Coordinate resources with Manufacturing Operations to support new process changes.
• Organize training schedules and ensure delivery before implementation.
• Manage ETA inventory staging and handoffs with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain DNM WIP transfer configurations and mobilization strategies.
• Drive manufacturing operation FMEA and capacity validation for NPI/process changes.
• Ensure safe, compliant operations and adherence to First Solar processes.
