Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a candidate to support manufacturing systems within the DPMS framework, including digital logbooks, data capture, and automation interfaces. The role includes configuring forms/workflows and supporting AI-enabled improvements in manufacturing workflows.

You will coordinate with IT, vendors, and system owners, ensuring documentation and change management activities are executed per GMP practices and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Provide daily support for DPMS digital systems and create/adjust forms and workflows.
• Assist with validation activities and maintain system documentation.
• Integrate new technologies, including AI, into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and troubleshooting of site manufacturing systems.
• Own and maintain configuration specifications and technical documentation.
• Assist GMP change management activities and related validation tasks.
