• Investigate and resolve system issues; escalate complex problems to IT teams.
• Monitor system performance and reliability; identify urgent improvements.
• Maintain documentation of processes, user guides, and FAQs.
• Train end-users on MES/BTB functionalities and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve processes.
• Analyze user feedback to identify pain points and drive changes with IT.
• Assist in creating routine reports and dashboards to track usage.
