Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (typical requirement).
• 2–5 years related experience, or Master’s degree with 0–2 years.
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), preferably Siemens Opcenter / Camstar.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements.
• Experience creating process maps, flowcharts, and basic system interaction diagrams.
• Working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Preferred: Experience supporting Mendix low-code platform.
• Preferred: Exposure to regulated manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Manufacturing Operations, Quality, and IT to support and enhance manufacturing business systems.
• Perform Camstar /Siemens Opcenter MES modeling and configuration activities.
• Support Mendix-based applications, including requirements gathering and testing support.
• Collect, analyze, and document user requirements through stakeholder discussions.
• Develop and maintain process flow charts and workflow documentation.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to clarify requirements.
• Assist with troubleshooting production issues.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Support end-user readiness through system documentation and training materials.
