Job summary

Stryker is hiring a Production Technician in Cary, IL to set up, operate, clean, and sanitize Comfort Bath production lines. You will disassemble and reassemble equipment for cleaning, perform COP/CIP tasks, and ensure sanitation per GMP guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in manufacturing, with preferred experience in CIP/COP processes and basic hand tools. Shift schedule includes Monday, Friday, and weekend spans with competitive benefits and a bonus program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with CIP/COP procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, clean, and sanitize production lines and equipment.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment for cleaning and maintenance.
• Perform manual parts washing and operate COP equipment per protocols.
• Complete RFS cleaning and sanitization of lines and equipment.
• Perform line setups and changeovers safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with repairs.
• Follow GMPs and safety/regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with teams to support cleaning validations and productivity.
