Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an early career Manufacturing Lead to support the Vehicle Integration Team in Courtland, AL. You will lead planning meetings, coordinate with team members, and drive schedule refinement to ensure on-time delivery of vehicle milestones.

The role requires manufacturing experience, leadership, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance, with a focus on lean, schedule performance, and earned value management. This is a full-time on-site position in Alabama.

• High-volume/high-rate production experience.
• Leadership experience (formal or informal).
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance (U.S Citizenship required).

• Provides status of the vehicle, leads planning meetings, seeks inputs from team members and drives "scrubbing" of the plan

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• High volume/high-rate production experience
• Leadership Experience (Formal or Informal)
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance (U.S Citizenship required)

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
