Ace Precision Machining is seeking a Manufacturing Support / General Labor team member to help keep production running smoothly. You will assist with a variety of hands-on tasks, move tools and parts, inspect components, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

No prior manufacturing experience is required; a high school diploma or GED, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail with a safety-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
• Willingness to learn in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous shop or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Support production teams with daily tasks to keep workflow flowing smoothly.
• Perform hands-on operations such as buffing, sandblasting, deburring, hand grinding, assembling, planishing, forming, tumbling, part washing, and part marking.
• Deliver tools, materials, and parts to the appropriate workstations.
• Inspect and sort parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate with teammates to produce high-quality products you can be proud to put your name on.
