Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, basic math and counting skills.
• Forklift license required.
• Experience setting up equipment and reading work instructions.
• Proficiency with Sage and Excel.
• Associate's degree preferred in business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate all manufacturing equipment.
• Fill in for absent team members and may be shifted to multiple positions daily.
• Answer call lights and provide relief when needed.
• Participate in meetings as needed.
• Practice 6S housekeeping and keep area clean and organized.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Identify causes of scrap and escalate to the Team Leader.
• Follow all plant and job-specific safety instructions.
• Alert Team Leader of potential failures or unsafe equipment conditions.
• Perform duties as assigned based on business conditions.
