Job summary

Atosa USA, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to operate a forklift, handle shipping and receiving, and move materials efficiently within the warehouse. You will contribute to inventory management, complete necessary paperwork, and ensure warehouse safety under moderate supervision.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail‑oriented, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and committed to accuracy and safe operation of equipment. This role reports to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workloads.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory records.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in driving/operating heavy equipment; capable of basic paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive cargo and unload safely using forklift or hand tools.
• Verify counts and condition of received items; store correctly.
• Prepare equipment for outgoing orders with accurate labeling.
• Manage inventory through regular counts and updates.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse and perform routine maintenance.
• Document inventory transactions and complete paperwork accurately.
