Job summary

Ace Precision Machining is seeking a Manufacturing Support / General Labor team member to help keep production running smoothly in a clean, organized environment with steady hours.

You will support daily manufacturing tasks, perform hands-on operations, deliver tools and parts, inspect parts for quality, and maintain a safe workspace. Previous shop experience is a plus; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to learn and take direction in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
• Previous manufacturing or shop experience is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support production teams with daily tasks that keep work flowing efficiently.
• Perform hands-on operations including buffing, sandblasting, deburring, grinding, assembling, and marking.
• Deliver tools, materials, and parts to workstations.
• Inspect and sort parts to ensure quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work with teammates to produce high-quality products you can be proud to put your name on.

What You Will Do

As a Manufacturing Support / General Labor team member, you’ll help keep production running smoothly by supporting a variety of hands-on manufacturing activities. You will:

• Support production teams with daily tasks that keep work flowing efficiently
• Perform hands-on operations such as buffing, sandblasting, deburring, hand grinding, assembling, planishing, forming, tumbling, part washing, and part marking
• Deliver tools, materials, and parts to the appropriate workstations
• Inspect and sort parts to ensure they meet company quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work collaboratively with teammates to produce high-quality products you can be proud to put your name on

What Experience You Need
