Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial or related).
• 2+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing, production, design, quality, or manufacturing support.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and revision control; experience troubleshooting in manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day engineering support to manufacturing and production teams.
• Review and resolve technical issues impacting production, assembly, testing, and product quality.
• Investigate non-conformances and production deviations; perform root cause analysis.
• Support ECOs, design revisions, and manufacturing process updates.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturability and reduce waste; drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
