Qualifications

• Experience in factory/manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with assembly line processes and hand tools.
• Basic mechanical knowledge helpful.
• Forklift experience; certification a plus.
• Warehouse/material handling and inventory basics.
• Ability to work in fast-paced settings with attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Adherence to safety protocols in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Set up and organize the assembly line for efficient workflow.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely.
• Move materials in warehouse/production area; forklift use if certified.
• Perform basic mechanical tasks and inspect parts.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
• Assist with inventory management and documentation.
• Collaborate to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents.
• Assist with routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Contribute feedback for process improvements.
