Job summary

SLB in Sugar Land, TX seeks an M&S Analyst to support manufacturing and supply chain operations through data analysis, planning, and cross-functional coordination. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in financial/business analysis, supply chain, operations, or related analytical function.
• Experience with SAP or comparable ERP system, including extracting and analyzing data.
• Strong Excel skills with large datasets, financial analysis, reporting, and data reconciliation.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Experience with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Commercial).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing and supply chain operations through data analysis and reporting.
• Plan and coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Supply Chain, and other functions.
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Use SAP and other systems to analyze data and provide insights for timely decisions.
• Assist with order execution and maintain data accuracy.
