Job summary

McKinsey & Company is seeking a Business Analyst in the United States to join a client service team and take ownership of a workstream, applying research, data analysis, interviews, and brainstorming to deliver actionable insights. You will collaborate with clients and colleagues to uncover challenges behind a client’s strategy and craft plans that drive real change.

Qualifications

• Understanding and exposure to supply chain concepts and interest in network design, S&OP, inventory, or physical flow management
• Hands-on experience in a high-performance manufacturing environment, demonstrating leadership in performance improvement and change management
• Clear demonstration of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
• Willingness to travel up to 80%
