Job summary

Clarios is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead production activities at the St. Joseph Distribution Center, reporting to the Plant Manager. This onsite role emphasizes safe, efficient operations, staffing management, and maintaining a clean, productive work environment.

You will train staff, ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards, and oversee equipment maintenance while investigating variances and proposing improvements to optimize performance.

What you will do

Manufacturing Supervisor — reporting to the Plant Manager, within the Manufacturing Operations business unit. This is an onsite role located in the plant. You will lead production activities to ensure goals are met, staffing levels are maintained, and a safe, clean, and efficient work environment is upheld.

• Ability to work shifts and required overtime

• Strong leadership skills with a focus on safety and employee relations

• Experience in manufacturing operations

Preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations

• Supervisory or management experience (minimum 2 years)

• Knowledge of union agreements and disciplinary procedures
