Position Summary:

• Job Title: Manufacturing Supervisor - Night Shift
• Reports To: Production Manager
• Location: 304 Stonecrest Court, Neenah, WI 54956
• Pay: $25/hour bi-weekly
• Shift: Monday through Wednesday and every other Thursday from 5pm - 5am, with two 10-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch

Job Responsibilities:

• Foster a positive and creative work environment
• Train and assist new production employees
• Proactively reduce defect rates
• Support production employees with machine troubleshooting
• Manage production priorities with front office
• Operate machines as required
• The night shift supervisor will train on the day shift for 1-2 months before transferring to the night shift.
