Resonetics in San Diego, CA is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead the production team, assign tasks to Team Leaders and Operators, and ensure schedules and customer commitments are met. You will train new staff, enforce safety and quality practices, monitor efficiency, and collaborate with Quality for continuous improvement, while maintaining inventory and documenting shifts.

Qualificações

• Clear communication to management and staff.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data-tracking systems.
• Strong decision-making and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and creatively.
• Manufacturing experience of 4+ years or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute the production schedule, providing supervision and direction to Production Team Leaders and Operators.
• Conduct safety and orientation training with new employees.
• Oversee and maintain safety practices in accordance with company policies.
• Supervise and assist in the training of production processes, providing guidance and coaching to employees.
• Monitor the efficiency and quality of all production jobs and identify root causes when goals are not met.
• Assist in running and troubleshooting production jobs.
• Develop strong cross-shift team relationships and communicate shift activity.
• Review production records for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare product shipments and review related documents prior to shipment authorization.
• Maintain inventory and replenishment of all production supplies.
• Control and organize timesheets for production personnel.
• Conduct performance appraisals and communicate findings to senior management.
• Address employee conduct or performance issues with HR guidance.
• Collaborate with Quality to design and monitor quality improvement programs.
