Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience; bachelor’s preferred.
• Proficient technical expertise with demonstrated application.
• Experience with Industrial Engineering concepts and 5S/6S techniques.
• Knowledge of ISO, AS standards.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of a manufacturing area.
• Ensure product/service quality through proper resource use and standards.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities per policies and laws.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement with Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Maintain areas with focus on team member safety.
• Hire, develop, and assess team members.
• Support mission, values, and culture.
• Attend internal/external customer meetings.
• Participate on special project teams.
• Support new product introduction activities.
