Qualifications

• High school diploma; 4-year degree preferred; 3+ years manufacturing supervising experience.
• 2+ years formal technical training beyond HS and 3–5 years supervision with conflict resolution.
• Working knowledge of environmental, health and safety issues.
• Lean manufacturing, problem solving, MRP, and attendance tracking; MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily department activities to meet production needs.
• 1 Identify maintenance issues and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Provide training per EHS procedures for new staff.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to meet performance goals.
• Prepare monthly updates to the department manager.
• Conduct quarterly team meetings and document actions.
