Job summary

Klein Tools is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily cell operations, coach staff, and uphold safety and quality standards. You will drive lean initiatives, monitor performance, and coordinate with supply chain to meet production goals.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and familiarity with manufacturing systems. Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills are essential; First Responder certification and PPE compliance are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 3+ years in manufacturing; bachelor's preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean tools (6S, Kaizen) and regulatory standards (OSHA/DEQ/EPA).
• Proficient with MS Office and production reporting systems.
• Strong leadership, confidentiality, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, plan and direct daily cell operations to meet production goals.
• Coach and mentor staff; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Improve OEE, takt time, and reduce lead times via lean initiatives.
• Record performance data and report daily to management.
• Coordinate with supply chain and procurement for materials.
• Lead training on equipment setup, processes and safety rules.
• Support budget development and enforce company policies.
