Job summary

Deceuninck North America is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor for the Monroe, Ohio facility. You will lead by example, mentor staff, and drive accountability for production, quality, delivery and cost performance.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years frontline supervision experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Drive accountability for operational, quality, delivery and cost performance.
• Lead, mentor and provide direction to employees in assigned areas.
• Assess competencies and develop direct reports.
• Identify and participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Participate in employee selection, hiring and retention.
• Establish and adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Lead by example and own safety culture for the team; participate on Safety Committee.
