Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience supervising hourly production employees is preferred.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet schedules and targets.
• Monitor safety, quality, delivery, and costs; drive improvements.
• Coach and develop hourly staff; manage performance and attendance.
• Collaborate with Planning, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
