Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a production team and ensure daily Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People objectives are met. You will collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Planning, and EHS to maintain compliant operations.

The role requires prior supervisory experience in manufacturing, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills to drive improvements and maintain metrics across shifts.

Qualifications

• Requires supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Degree in engineering, manufacturing, or business preferred.
• Experience managing production schedules and teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing activities and execute the production plan.
• Manage staffing, attendance, and manpower allocation.
• Ensure materials, equipment, and trained personnel are ready before production.
• Lead, train, and develop team members; support cross-training.
• Coordinate setups, PMs, validations, startups, and changeovers.
• Ensure SOPs, quality standards, safety requirements.
• Monitor KPIs: Safety, Quality, OEE, on-time delivery.
• Investigate issues; lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement to cut waste and boost productivity.
• Conduct Gemba walks to identify barriers.
