Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering with 7+ years in Manufacturing, Quality or Supply Chain
• 11 years experience in Manufacturing, Quality or Supply Chain in lieu of degree

• Provide direct supervision to hourly production employees.
• Lead cross-functional teamwork and communicate goals to the organization.
• Review production issues with quality and engineering to resolve technical problems.
• Monitor workflow, assign priorities, and manage costs across the department.
• Conduct crew meetings and evaluate employee performance with coaching.
