Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5S and Lean manufacturing training is a plus.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret structural blueprints.
• Strong organizational skills and methodical work approach.
• Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Gives daily work assignments to personnel within the plant and sets work priorities.
• Monitors progress on daily schedules and ensures satisfactory progress.
• Recruits, hires, orients, and trains employees, fostering growth.
• Schedules and assigns personnel to complete production plans driving results.
• Keeps equipment running by coordinating repairs and evaluating new tech.
• Compiles production data and responds to information requests.
• Maintains regular attendance and works shifts as scheduled.
• Collaborates with others and performs additional duties as assigned.
