Marvin Windows in Kansas City, KS is seeking a Shift Production Manager to lead and develop our production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role focuses on safety, quality, productivity, and delivery with hands-on coaching and development of leaders.

The position offers a Monday–Thursday schedule (6:00am–4:00pm) and opportunities to drive continuous improvement and employee engagement across the operation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Manufacturing Management experience.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong leadership competencies including relationship building, alignment, development of others, strategic thinking, and results-oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support production operations, ensuring resources, guidance, and accountability needed to achieve goals.
• Manage supervisor performance through regular feedback, development planning, and alignment with objectives.
• Drive efficient production by optimizing workflow, workforce utilization, and scheduling to meet customer demand while controlling costs.
• Foster a culture of engagement, continual improvement, and operational excellence through effective communication and problem solving.
• Champion workplace safety, product quality, and operational performance by monitoring metrics and implementing improvements.
