Job summary

JCB Inc. is seeking an experienced manufacturing supervisor to support all manufacturing areas in Pooler, GA, ensuring on-time production and strong safety, quality, and cost performance.

Lead a multi-tier team including four Team Leaders and ~50 workers in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience; candidates should be adept at planning, problem solving, and coordinating cross-functional activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma; five years of manufacturing experience; three years in a leadership role.
• Must pass drug screens, background checks, and pre-employment tests as required by law.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or related field; 5–7 years of assembly experience; 5 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop the entire manufacturing or assembly team, including a minimum of four Team Leaders and fifty Team Members.
• Manage all aspects of Assembly/Manufacturing including planning, organizing, staffing, etc.
• Responsible for meeting production requirements while also achieving Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost targets.
• Other duties as assigned.
