Job summary

Electrolux Home Products, Inc. in Springfield, TN, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a high‑volume production team, drive daily continuous improvements, and ensure safety, quality, cost and delivery goals are met.

You will develop JDS and skills matrix, conduct performance reviews, support EMS, lead line balancing and SMED, and coach team members, with Spanish a plus and ERP/Time & Attendance/OEE experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience in high-volume operations.
• Ability to read and interpret documents & drawings; write detailed reports.
• Lead and participate in root cause analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP, Time & Attendance, and OEE systems.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

• Ensures effective performance evaluations, appropriate counseling measures and accurate and timely timecard inputs.

• Supports autonomous maintenance and environmental initiatives.

This position will be based in Springfield, TN.

All about the role:

The Manufacturing Supervisor will provide leadership and direction to an assigned team. The Supervisor focuses on daily continuous improvements and team processes, to deliver team key performance Indicators and drive employee engagement and development. The Manufacturing Supervisor will provide leadership to team to ensure that all Safety, Quality, Cost and Customer Delivery goals are achieved and help to engage and develop team members through utilization of Skills matrix and coaching skills.

• Ability to read and interpret documents & drawings and write detailed reports and well-versed in process improvement methodologies.

• Lead and participate in root cause analysis.

• Experience in Microsoft Office and knowledge in ERP, Time and Attendance, and OEE systems.

• Ability to speak Spanish, a plus.
