Hans-Mill Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a Salaried Production Supervisor to lead a team of hourly workers at our manufacturing facility.

You will ensure safety, productivity, and quality goals are met while coordinating with maintenance, materials, and other supervisors. Responsibilities include daily toolbox meetings, enforcing quality standards, developing clear work instructions, and training staff to improve process knowledge and efficiency.

Formación

• Diploma in any related field is required.
• 3+ years of job-related supervisory experience is required.
• Ability to read and understand reports or transition sheets.
• Strong planning and organization skills.
• Ability to train and motivate employees.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise manufacturing employees to ensure procedures and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Materials, and other Supervisors.
• Schedule and conduct daily toolbox meetings.
• Ensure productivity, safety, and quality KPIs are met.
• Follow Quality System procedures and reject nonconforming products.
• Train new personnel in assembly areas.
• Implement 5S+1 and 3W+1H for workplace organization.
• Close jobs and ensure proper material issuance.
• Develop and maintain clear work instructions.
• Provide assistance in production to meet goals.
