Qualifications

• Previous team lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience providing on the job training to team members including forklift, bobcat, loader operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and endure physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Set production goals and expectations.
• Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment; set up and operate machinery.
• Operate forklift as directed and adhere to safety rules.
• Oversee daily preventive maintenance program and inspect work in progress.
• Track/report inventory and parts usage.
• Train, promote, and discipline employees.
• Ensure safety rules are followed and quality standards are met.
