RTX, in partnership with Collins Aerospace, seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor for its 2nd shift in a unionized US manufacturing site. You will lead hourly production teams, drive CORE practices, and ensure safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.
New hires will train on first shift before transitioning to the 2nd shift. Relocation assistance is available. A university degree and at least 2 years of related manufacturing experience are required.
Competenze
- University degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with a unionized manufacturing environment preferred.
Mansioni
- Lead cell-level manufacturing performance including safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Guide problem solving and corrective actions.
- Provide leadership coaching and development for team leads.
- Maintain efficient, well-coordinated workflows in a fast-paced setting.
- Coordinate materials and logistics for smooth operations.
- Plan with scheduling to meet cell production requirements and on-time starts/finishes.
- Ensure accurate SAP data transactions and data integrity.
