Job summary

Collins Aerospace is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead hourly production teams in de-icing and composites operations. You will ensure safety, quality, delivery and cost targets are met, guiding problem solving and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, unionized setting.

You will develop team leads, manage daily performance, coordinate with planning and logistics, and ensure accurate SAP data entries while maintaining efficient workflows across manufacturing cells.

Qualifications

• University degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cell manufacturing teams to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost goals.
• Drive daily CORE practices and standard work across operations.
• Coach and develop team leads and operators for continuous improvement.
