Carpenter Technology Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the Bar Finish area to lead a production team across three rotating shifts. You will provide guidance, address performance issues, plan and schedule operations, and maintain a safe and productive shop floor focused on quality and efficiency.
The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, a HS diploma (or higher), and the ability to work weekends.
