Job summary

Opus IVS - US in the United States is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the Manufacturing team, ensuring assembly, testing, packaging, and shipping meet safety, quality, and delivery standards. You will drive daily operations, coordinate with Order Processing and Hardware Engineering, and contribute to process improvements.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership, with strong ERP and KPI reporting experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field and leadership experience.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing or production leadership.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, scheduling, inventory, and quality processes.
• Experience with production planning, inventory control, and KPI reporting.
• Strong computer skills including ERP or manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of the Manufacturing team to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Plan, prioritize, and adjust production schedules based on demand and priorities.
• Ensure manufacturing documentation and procedures are up to date.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, throughput, and cost effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Order Processing and Hardware Engineering on product changes and implementations.
• Support hiring and workforce planning with HR.
