Job summary

ABB in Senatobia, MS is seeking an Automation Production Supervisor to lead a highly automated assembly line, align production with demand forecasts, and optimize performance.

You will drive Lean manufacturing, monitor line metrics, coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance, and sustain world-class reliability. A BA/BS and 3+ years of supervisory experience in automation are preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
  • 3+ years as supervisor or team lead in automated manufacturing.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma.

  • Monitor line performance, throughput, cycle times, and uptime.

The Automation Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing operations on highly automated assembly production lines.
